Uwe Brandes

School of Continuing Studies

Uwe Brandes is the faculty director and an associate professor of the practice in the School of Continuing Studies. He is the founder and executive director of the Master's in Urban and Regional Planning program at the university.

International activities include:

Served as the senior vice president at the Urban Land Institute, where he directed research and global programs on climate change and sustainable urban development.
Participated in an international conference on “Climate Change and Urban Design” sponsored by the Council for European Urbanism in Oslo, Norway.
