Georgetown in the Yucatan: Ecology, Culture, and Sustainability

The Office of Global Education offers this credit-bearing, undergraduate summer study abroad program in the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico. Participants enroll in coursework taught by Georgetown faculty members and earn Georgetown credits. Students on this program learn about the ecology of tropical forests and mangroves, and their connections to the culture of the current and pre-European Mayan communities.
